New double dwelling with shared courtyard aims to maximize views to the mountain and the sea on a large sloping site in Camps Bay. Local materials such as the natural stone found on site is being used to clad feature walls and build boundary walls. Design elements such as cantilevering slabs and aluminum floating roofs aim to lead the focus of one’s eye to the views beyond.
